FAMILY DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Parenting after separation.
A way forward, together.
A structured conversation to work through parenting arrangements, with your children’s needs at the centre.

Arrangements for everyday life
Where children live. Time with each parent. Communication, decisions and changing circumstances.
Family Dispute Resolution helps you explore these issues and develop arrangements suited to your family.
How it works
1. Individual intake
Meet separately with Claire to discuss your situation, understand the process and assess suitability.
2. Supported conversation
Work through parenting issues in a format suited to your circumstances. This may include joint or shuttle discussions.
3. Agreements & next steps
Record any agreement and clarify what follows. Parenting arrangements can be documented in a Parenting Plan. Seek independent legal advice if you wish to formalise them through Consent Orders.
Is this right for your family?
If parenting arrangements are unresolved or need to change, FDR may help. The individual intake appointment is the starting point for assessing whether it’s suitable for your family.
Work directly with Claire, an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with more than 22 years’ experience in this space.
