Family law documents can be filed online (please note that not all documents can be filed online at this stage).

The Commonwealth Court Portal is a joint initiative of the Family Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.

There are a range of documents that can be filed online.  Some of the documents that can be filed currently include:

• Application for Divorce
• Initiating Application (Family law)

• Response to initiating application (Family law)
