Family law fees

Pursuant to section 2.13 of the Family Law (Fees) Regulation 2012, from 1 July 2019 the fee prescribed for each item of Schedule 1 to those Regulations have been amended.

Please see the below link for a list of the fees, and contact our Claire Naidu & Co, Lawyers and Mediators as soon as possible if you wish to file any applications before the new Financial Year filing fee rises.
