Family Dispute Resolution (FDR)

Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) is a form of dispute resolution that relates to family law matters.  FDR is a term used for services that assist couples who are affected by divorce and separation to work out their family matters.  Family Dispute Resolution can assist parties to agree on family law matters that are in dispute and can include things such as your children and property matters (such as real estate, money, shares and superannuation).

Only accredited FDR practitioners can issue certificates under the Family Law Act 1975. An accredited FDR practitioner is a person who meets standards contained in the Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners) Regulations 2008.  Claire Naidu & Co have accredited FDR practitioners that meet the standards in the regulations.
