FAMILY LAW – Property – the parties’ competing applications for a division of assets and the wife’s application for ongoing spousal maintenance – 31 year relationship – husband’s earning capacity considerably greater than the wife – agreement that parties made equal contribution to matrimonial assets – ordered 15 per cent adjustment in wife’s favour for section 75(2) factors – wife’s application for spousal maintenance dismissed on basis that the wife failed to establish she is unable to adequately support herself.
