Claire Naidu

Claire has been awarded a Master of Laws majoring in Dispute Resolution. She has also completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws at the Australian National University. She has completed Mediation through the Bond University. She is an accredited mediator and also an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP).

Claire holds Specialist Accreditation in Family Law and is recognised as an Accredited Family Law Specialist.

In 2013, Claire Naidu won the ACT Young Business Woman of the Year and her business, Claire Naidu & Co, was awarded the 3rd Best Law Firm in Australian in 2014.

Claire contributes in a number of ways including to the Salvation Army, Communities @ Work, Womens Legal Service and at the ACT Law Society Legal Advice Bureau.  She also contributed to Boundless Canberra – the Children’s Playground Project, Marymead, and Sids & Kids.


Outside of work, Claire enjoys family time, kicking a soccer ball around, and riding.  She is an accredited Football Australia (soccer) referee and an accredited Touch Football referee.

Anna Theodore
Family Lawyer + Resolution Focussed

Anna is a family Law with Claire Naidu & Co.

Anna has completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours.

She has experience in a range of different areas and she possesses strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels. She also has well-developed negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

She has a strong commitment to excellent service, together with a demonstrated record of achievement in the delivery of a consistently high standard of service.

She is conscientious and offers clients practical and meaningful resolution to their disputes.

Mariah Tennant

Mariah is part of the Claire Naidu & Co team as a Paralegal.

Mariah is also studying law at University.

We like to think of Mariah as Mary Poppins. She has magic about her and makes our office life easier. She is also great with children.

Mariah is a quiet achiever and works diligently.

has excellent client service and has experience in other work places while studying.

Mariah expects to complete her degrees shortly and she would like to practice in Family Law.

Amy Booth
Business Trainee

Amy is our Business Trainee.

She is learning about client service, business applications and technology.

She enjoys being part of our resolution focussed business.

Outside of work, Amy is a skilful soccer player and has played representative sport.
